mindfulness

After I learnt, how to live life,a moment,being mindful or conscious at
every moment and happening.By this method I feel really entertained.I
think these are some of the feeling I achieved with my meditation and
spiritual practice.Today morning, I was called to give discourse at
Dharmakirti vihar.I gave discourse on "samyak smriti" means right
mindfulness or consciousness.To do everything with control,with
knowingly,being at present,to see the law of nature,the change,to
remain unattached though involve in every type of action.Buddha is the
name given to one who is awakened,so if to become buddha we have to be
more aware,alert and conscious.Many people like my discourse and they
call me again and again.My usual program is at kirtipur every saturday
morning,but today place is at kathmandu where many learned and
practicing people are
present.When they also enjoyed me,I feel really happy,there might be something I achieved,I may be possible to deliver them good teaching.But I am not proud,I am not writing my greatness but the experience your son is having.My compassion,my feeling toward life,attitude of gratitude has changed.I always like to thank everybody who helped me to become me.Hope in future lot can be achieved if the progress is made in similar manner.I sometimes use to think how to make my relatives and other to experience it and more.I used to say famliy to attend atleast once a week in meditation and discourse so that they can make progress.
